JOHN EAGLE was born about 1765.

1789 13th October. Married ROSE GAGE, daughter of John and Sarah Gage, at East Dereham.

Wife already had a child: William Gage born in Sporle with Palgrave, and baptised at Holme Hale in 1787.  

1840 Burial of wife Rose in Sporle churchyard.

1845 16th March. Burial in Castle Acre churchyard. Aged 80 years.

MARY ANNE EAGLE 1790 was born in July, and baptised on the 3rd of August at East Dereham.

1811. Birth of a child: Anne Eagle. Baptised in Hockering.

1816 22nd October. Married George Jones in East Dereham, son of Jeremiah and Mary Jones.

Children: Jeremiah Jones 1817, Sarah Rose Jones 1819, John Jones 1824, George Jones 1826, Mary Jones 1826, James Jones 1829, Rose Jones, Elizabeth Jones 1835.

 

MATTHEW EAGLE 1792 Baptised at East Dereham.

 

SAMUEL EAGLE 1795 Born on the 20th of November, and baptised at Hoe on the 12th of December.

1820 12th October. Married Anne Cook in Sporle with Palgrave, daughter of William and Mary Cook.

Wife already had a child: Maria Cook born in 1819 in Sporle with Palgrave.

Children: William Eagle 1821, John Eagle 1824, Mary Ann Eagle 1827, James Eagle 1831, Elijah Eagle 1833, Rose Anna Eagle 1837, Matilda Eagle 1839.

 

JAMES EAGLE 1797 Born at Hoe on the 17th December.

1801 23rd October. Burial in Hoe Churchyard.

 

JOHN EAGLE 1801 Born at Hoe on the 1st of December, and baptised on the 10th of January 1802.

1827 14th December. Married Ann Rix of West Lexham, daughter of Robert and Elizabeth Rix.
